Appointments are required. Booking slots are released approximately 2–3 weeks in advance.

• Before booking your appointment, please read our FAQs page carefully for full details of our services, artistic style, booking terms and gift card expiry policy. Please ensure our service meets your requirements before proceeding.

• A £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• The £10 booking fee is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancelled appointments.

• If you are using a gift card/voucher, the £10 booking fee will be refunded on the day of your appointment.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed between 1–31 December 2026.

• Strictly no children under the age of 10 years can be photographed.
