Booking & Appointment Terms

• A £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• The £10 booking fee is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancelled appointments.

• If you are using a gift card/voucher, the £10 booking fee will be refunded on the day of your appointment.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed between 1–31 December 2026.

• Strictly no children under the age of 10 years old are permitted.
