One 20-minute time slot is required for every 1–2 people. For groups of 3 or more, please ensure you book back-to-back appointments.
Booking Fee

A £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE
⏰ Each appointment lasts 20 minutes. We run back-to-back appointments, so please arrive on time. If you're late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
THE PROCESS OF PHOTOGRAPHING YOUR IRIS

We use our own advanced technology to capture an ultra-high resolution photograph of your iris. With specialist image editing software we isolate the iris and enhance its detail, and create a high quality art print for you to keep - YOUR EYES, OUR ART.

We offer two premium print finishes:

RESTRICTIONS & MINIMUM AGE
If you are sensitive to bright lights or suffer from light-triggered conditions such as migraines or epilepsy we recommend you do not attend. Minimum age is 10 years old

⚠️ Important Notice – Gift Card Expiry Policy
We have a strict policy regarding gift card validity:
Expired gift cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure your gift card is redeemed by completing the service within its validity period.
Booking an appointment before the expiry date alone is not sufficient; the service must be fully completed before the card expires.
No extensions or exceptions will be granted after the expiry date.
Please present your gift card at the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being invalid and subject to cancellation.
CAN I WEAR CONTACT LENSES
For accurate results, all contact lenses must be removed prior to the iris photography.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
🚚 Delivery & Production Times
Digital downloads will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours.
Prints take 4–6 working days to produce.
UK delivery takes 3–4 days from dispatch.
EU delivery takes 5–6 days from dispatch.
