• One 20 minute time slot is required for every 1–2 people. For groups of 3 or more, please ensure you book back-to-back appointments.

Booking Fee

• A £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

• This fee will be deducted from your total payment on the day.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge.

• The booking fee is non-refundable for:

  • Missed appointments and any cancellations

Gift Card Holders

• If you’re using a gift card or voucher, the £10 booking fee will be fully reimbursed.

We use our own advanced technology to capture an ultra-high resolution photograph of your iris. With specialist image editing software we isolate the iris and enhance its detail, and create a high quality art print for you to keep - YOUR EYES, OUR ART.

We offer three premium print finishes:

• HIGH DEFINITION METAL- Ultra-sharp detail with a smooth, glossy finish. Durable and stunning.

• LIGHTBOXES- Ultra-Slim, contemporary design, specially designed lighting distributes an even, consistent glow across the entire image

⚠️ Important Notice - GIFT CARD VALIDITY & EXPIRY POLICY

Gift cards are valid until the expiry date specified at purchase.

Your photography appointment must take place on or before the expiry date. Making a booking before or on the expiry date for an appointment after that date does not extend the gift card’s validity.

Please book well in advance to allow for appointment availability. Booking requests remain subject to availability, and leaving your booking until close to expiry does not guarantee a suitable appointment or entitle you to an extension.

The purchaser is responsible for passing the gift card, expiry date and applicable terms to the recipient. The recipient is responsible for arranging and attending their appointment within the validity period.

Expired gift cards will not be accepted, extended, reactivated, replaced or refunded. Any unused balance expires on the stated expiry date and cannot be transferred to a new gift card or exchanged for cash.

Personal circumstances do not automatically extend a gift card’s validity. This includes illness, bereavement, family emergencies, travel disruption or changes in personal plans. While we appreciate that difficult situations can arise, these do not create an entitlement to an extension, replacement or refund.

Forgetting to use a gift card, misplacing it or overlooking its expiry date does not automatically entitle the holder to an extension or refund.

If we cancel your appointment or a problem on our side prevents you from using the gift card within its validity period, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

For accurate results, all contact lenses must be removed prior to the iris photography.

🚚 Delivery & Production Times

Digital downloads will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours.

Acrylic & HD Metal prints take 4–6 working days to produce.

Lightboxes take 8-10 working days to produce.

UK delivery takes 3–4 days from dispatch.

EU delivery takes 5–6 days from dispatch.

OUR ARTISTIC STYLE, EDITING & REFUND POLICY

Our Artistic Style, Editing & Refund Policy

When you purchase our iris photography service, you are commissioning us to photograph your iris and create personalised artwork in our established artistic style, as shown on our website and in our displays.

Personalised does not mean customer-directed editing. Your artwork is unique because it features your own iris, not because it is edited to your specifications. We do not offer bespoke colour matching, editing to individual requests, or replication of another supplier's style.

Our prices cover photography and our standard editing process only. Additional edits, revisions and alternative versions are not included. Requests for these fall outside the service you have purchased, and we are not obliged to undertake them.

Please review our style before purchasing. Compare our examples, look and feel, pricing and services with other suppliers, and make sure our established style suits your preferences. If you want a particular editing approach, please choose a provider who expressly offers it.

Every iris is unique. Our display examples demonstrate our artistic style, they do not guarantee identical colours, patterns or levels of visible detail in every customer's artwork.

Refunds. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or accept returns of correctly supplied personalised artwork. A preference for a different artistic finish, or a request for editing outside the agreed service, does not in itself establish a fault or entitlement to a refund. Photography and editing involve work undertaken specifically for you, and personalised artwork cannot be resold,so these costs are incurred regardless.
